Wellness Series

Welcome to the Happiness Co Wellness Series.

All classes and workshops will be held in person, in Victoria Park.

We are so excited to bring you the first release in a 6-week series designed to help you achieve optimal health and wellness in all areas of your life. 

Our wellness series includes a range of expert-led workshops and classes. Our team of wellness experts are committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need to achieve your goals and live your best life. 

Throughout the series, we will explore a variety of topics related to health and wellness, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, mindfulness, and self-care. Our workshops are designed to be informative, interactive, and engaging, with opportunities for you to ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with others who share your interests. 

We understand that wellness is not a one-size-fits-all approach, which is why this series is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your unique needs and preferences and is open for everyone. You can choose to book in for as many of our offerings as you like.

Sleep is the number one health optimisation tool that we have access to as humans and many of us fail to use it! This workshop explains how and why we sleep followed by a breakdown of factors that impact your sleep and what you can do about them. Alongside sleep, we'll cover mindfulness, one of the common tools of high performers everywhere.
