NEURODIVERSITY WEEK

18TH - 22ND MARCH 2024

This Neurodiversity Week, we’ve swapped ticking boxes for ripping them open. Join us for an innovative session with neurodiversity educator and advocate Felicity Rideout that challenges the status quo and reveals the pivotal role of the individual in creating a genuinely inclusive organisation.

The Inclusion Illusion dares to ask: Are we genuinely understanding, supporting, and celebrating neurodiversity, or just ticking another box?

Together over 90 insightful minutes we will:

Take Stock: Every organisation is inherently neurodiverse, but what makes an organisation inclusive? It’s a question that invites us to look a little deeper. Are we genuinely making a world of difference for those who live in the world and always feel like they are indeed different?

Unpack the Box: Our differences: the messy, uncomfortable, and raw aspects of individuality. Those with a neurodivergent condition, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Dyslexia, know too well the implications on everyday life, and the workplace is no exception!

Redefine Results: Discover what’s needed to ensure that the objective of an ‘inclusive organisation’ results in the desired outcome of every individual knowing what it is to feel included.

Join us for Neurodiversity Week, March 18th - 22nd, 2024, as we embark on a journey of understanding, empathy, and genuine inclusion.

Together, let's dismantle barriers, embrace diversity, and create environments where every individual can thrive.

Don't miss out on this transformative experience. Join us and be part of the movement towards a more inclusive future.
