Happiness Co have recently introduced a new Workshop Series to enable organisations or teams with less than 10 people to attend an open workshop on any of the six pillars. 

With an extensive background in lived experience, we present a personal and relatable approach to wellbeing in the workplace. Mental wellbeing has a substantial impact on people's lives and their ability to work meaningfully and productivity. Happiness Co is proud to integrate lived experience and content to encourage positive action.
